What if I’m just starting out?
That’s totally fine. We work with coaches at every stage. We’ll help you set the right foundation so you can scale the smart way from day one.
How is this different from others?
We work hand-in-hand with you, building and managing your systems, not just telling you what to do. Plus, we're sports-specific, so everything is tailored to sports academy owners, not generic business advice.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use your systems?
Not at all. We build and set up everything for you. Our team handles all the technical implementation of automated systems, CRM setup, payment processing, and marketing tools. You just need to show up, coach your athletes, and follow the system we create together.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients see increased leads within the first 2-4 weeks after launching their marketing systems. Revenue growth typically accelerates within 60-90 days as we optimize your pricing, retention, and conversion systems. Remember: we're building a sustainable business, not a quick fix.
What kind of time commitment is required from me?
Expect to invest 3-5 hours per week initially for strategy calls, content review, and system training. Once systems are live, most clients spend just 1-2 hours per week on business operations while we handle the rest. The goal is to give you MORE time, not take it away.
